10DLC Messaging Compliance & SMS/Text Messaging Policy

iMediaFlows utilizes 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging to communicate with clients, prospects, and users who have opted in to receive text messages from us. This section outlines our practices and your rights regarding SMS/text messaging in compliance with carrier requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines.

What is 10DLC?

10DLC is an industry-standard system that allows businesses to send Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages via standard 10-digit phone numbers. All 10DLC messaging from iMediaFlows is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and compliant with carrier policies from major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and opting in to our messaging services, you expressly consent to receive text messages from iMediaFlows. Consent may be obtained through:

  • Submitting a contact form on our website with your phone number
  • Texting a keyword (e.g., "START," "JOIN," or "YES") to our designated number

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to text messaging in order to purchase any product or service from iMediaFlows.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive. iMediaFlows is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out / How to Stop Messages

You may opt out of receiving text messages from iMediaFlows at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
  • Emailing us at support@imediaflows.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE SMS" in the subject line

  • Requesting removal through your account dashboard settings

Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Your phone number and messaging consent data are treated as Personal Data under this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

Campaign Registration

All iMediaFlows messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and have been approved by participating carriers. Our brand is verified and our use cases are properly categorized to ensure maximum deliverability and compliance.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.
